We are now residing in the Adirondack Mountains. It ceased being hot and humid and the temperature even dropped to thirty-one last night. The trees have just begun to turn color. We are thankful for the beautiful scenery and the nice breaks between the rain. Getting outdoors for hiking, helps break up the trailerphobia which occurs after spending long hours inside such a tiny space. The children are all recovering from colds, so we haven’t done any large hikes. Everything seems pretty normal and we are falling into a chaotic sort of rhythm.
I think I am finally used to cooking in the trailer. Well, I actually have found that using the slightly larger space on the small grill outside (or the griddles on the grill) have been my preferred method of cooking, when it is not too cold.
