Leaving Acadia…
For our last hurrah, we stopped at Portland on Saturday. It was such a lively city. Although it was the biggest city in Maine, it has a population less than that of Medford! However, that was not noticeable at all. It seemed way bigger than Medford. While we were there it was fun to see all the wharfs. We also got to see a huge cruise ship leaving. I never have seen them from so close, it was quite a surprise.
